Coffee Academy Starts Brewing in CCA Manila
Love coffee or better yet, like to brew your own coffee? Then maybe this is a good chance for you to learn how. Center for Culinary Arts Manila recently launched its newest academic program for
aspiring baristas – the Coffee Academy – with free pastries and coffee
tasting held at Cravings Katipunan.
Mr. Raoul De Peralta, CCA Quality System Manager, welcomed every guest coming in the event. He even offered what's in their menu. A quick program where Mr. Raoul introduced key figures from CCA and
Cravings, including Cravings Group of Companies owner and CEO Badgie
Trinidad. She revealed the sponsoring thought behind the idea of having a
separate course dedicated to coffee-making, which is her personal love
for coffee.
